Early Bird Military - The Early Bird was a collection of stories compiled by public affairs officers early each morning and emailed throughout the Department of Defense and posted on the military intranet. Soldiers depended on Early Bird to learn what was happening outside of their individual units and to better understand the entire Army.
Early Bird was especially important for those working on computers that have significant firewalls that restrict Internet browsing. Col. Steven H. The title needs to be edited. Much of the report is good, but the content suffers from an obvious left-wing bias. The recent interview with a Democratic congressman sounded more like a campaign clip than a serious interview with zero reaction to the wild claims made by the congressman.

This podcast would be much better if the content stayed factual and away from Democrat talking points. However, Early Bird had its enemies. Some Pentagon leaders felt that Early Bird was important because the selection of stories was sent throughout the Department of Defense.
And some media outlets complained that Early Bird was infringing on their publishing rights. Warren has no plans to do away with the Early Bird idea entirely. Instead, she plans to trim the distribution list to 300 recipients and create what she calls the Morning of Note, the New York Times reported.
